The programme flow of the workshop is as follows:

9.30 – 10.00 AM	Arrival of participant
10.00 – 10.15 AM	Introduction of the speaker & overview of workshop
10.15 – 11.30 AM	Technical Workshop Title: How to improve your performance in terms of technical skills
11.30 – 11.45 PM	Q&A session
11.45 – 12.30 PM	Participant Briefing + Draw Lots
12.30 PM	Closing Ceremony

All the participants are COMPULSORY to attend the workshop. After the workshop, there will be a participant briefing, so all the participants and managers MUST attend the workshop.
